Law degree in 2011 from the Pontifical Lateran University; admitted to the Rome Bar since 2013. Certified Negotiating Lawyer (2014), member of the Italian Chamber of Administrative Lawyers (2014) and qualified in canon law (2016).
Avv. Andrea Piacentini
Law degree from the European University of Rome; admitted to the Rome Bar since 2015. Advisory and litigation in civil law, with particular experience in leases, condominium, civil liability, insurance, debt recovery and banking law.

Founder of @dirittotutorial · social legal educatorBorn in Rome on 30 December 1988, she is a partner of SP Law and head of the Madrid office. Law degree in 2012 from the Pontifical Lateran University. In 2013 she was responsible for the "L'angolo del Giurista" section on the online magazine Tribuna Italia. In 2014 she obtained a II-level Master's in Forensic Sciences at Sapienza University of Rome. From 2015 to 2017 she completed her training internship first in criminal law and then in civil law at the Rome Court of Appeal. In 2017 she was admitted to practice at the Madrid Bar and the Rome Bar. In 2026 she became a social legal educator and founded the Instagram page Diritto Tutorial, where she answers common legal questions in a simple way.

French-qualified lawyer listed on the roster of the Embassy of France in Rome and head of the Paris office. Advises on international matters, with a focus on Franco-Italian relations.
Avv. Sara Esposito
Attorney Sara Esposito graduated in Law from Roma Tre University, defending a thesis in Criminal Tax Law entitled "Evolution of the Regulatory Framework of Criminal Tax Law", supervised by Professor Giuseppe Tinelli. During her traineeship she gained experience in civil law, particularly in drafting legal pleadings and opinions, managing cases and client relations, as well as in monitory and enforcement proceedings and the related requirements of the Italian electronic civil procedure. After obtaining her professional qualification before the Rome Court of Appeal on 6 October 2025, she has been a Junior Partner at SP Law in Rome since January 2026.
Dott. Stefano Piacentini
Dr. Stefano Piacentini graduated with honours (110/110 cum laude) at the age of 24 in Law from LUISS Guido Carli, defending a thesis in Comparative Labour Law titled: “Industrial Relations Systems Compared: Italy and the Americas”. He specialises in labour and trade-union law, with a particular focus on collective bargaining and the regulation of individual employment relationships. He is currently enrolled in the Trainee Lawyers Register and carries out his legal practice at the SP Law firm in Rome; he is also enrolled in the Trainee Notaries Register.
Dott. Francesco Aragona
Law degree in June 2021 from the Pontifical Lateran University. Registered as a trainee lawyer with the Crotone Bar since 2021.
